There's nothing like homemade food to me, especially when I'm doing the cooking LOL. There's absolutely no comparison and at least I know what goes into it. [tishabest]
it's definitely home made for me....hotel food can't get anywhere near it.. [oscarc]
I like home made food maybe because I eat a lot at restaurants... [Schubler]
nothing compares to homemade dinner! not in this house anyway. why would you choose hotel food unless they dont have good cooks at home. I live in a house full of Puerto Ricans so its great! [skittlez353]
Ofcourse home made.No fear about the fat content. It will be more tasty as it is made by our beloved. [mythmoh]
Best thing about it is you know what's in it! [Lackingstyle]
Depends, I like home made mostly, but since I'm the one that has to do all the cooking, sometimes I like to eat out. [mcmomss]
I prefer home made but once a week it has to be from hotel too [Si1234]
Yeah, because everyone likes to eat out at least once a week. [marciascott]
There is nothing better than homemade food. I love to cook so that might be why. Although I would trade any of my food in any day just to have my grandma's fried potatoes and country style gravy and fried chicken. She was southern and that woman could cook (probably not the healthiest of all foods, but soooo good). [LadyLeasJ]
Hotel foods are good but I will still go for home cook food. I don't know why but that is how I feel. [matefork]
Definately home-made, just depends who's making it! At the end of the day hotel chefs do go home! ;) [Lackingstyle]
I prefer home made food. They are good to taste and we can be sure that the food is hundred % pure. If i have to get food from outside iwould first find out whether the food has been prepared in hygenic condition. [unnigec]
Home made food ofcourse. The purity of home made food can never be achieved anywhere else.If mom cooks food in the house, then nothing can surpass that because its special in its own way. [hari1987]
when at home..home made.... when outside..hotel food.... wat ever it might be but i love junk food [srinathakarapu]

I prefer homemade food it is made with loving care and should be healthy for you. [Sheila_Abram]
Hotel food. It's made for strangers. So definitely tastes good. Where as at home, they prepare with an understanding that this man has BP, he is diabetic etc., like so the taste is comes down. Spices we can not mix after cooking, eventhough we need some more. [prasad1961]
HomeMade of course it beats hotel food any day are you from the south??? Add me to your buddies list and I,ll add you to mine.... [Gateway101]
I prefer home made food over hotel....my mom cooks awesome food... [relekar]
home made home m,ase home made home made home made home made home made i love my home made cook food [perkelvin]
homemade southern cooking! [rlporter]
I prefer home cooked meals to those at a hotel or similar place. If we are expecting visitors, then I will prepare a good meal for them rather than go out for a meal. Also I know that when someone offers me a home cooked meal they have taken the time and trouble to make a meal that they know I will enjoy. That signifies to me that they care about me. [ossie16d]
Home made but once in a week, i prefer hotel [Sweety76]

I prefer food that is homemade. It has the feel of someone putting time, effort and love into it. [rmuxagirl]
This really depends with the occassion, homemade is satisfying and hotel food is exactly that - hotel food [jmafofo]
It's definitely a home made meal for me. I think a nice home cooked meal beats hotel food any day. [sassybritches72]
home made if given a choice. [varuntr]
for a person who cooks all the time gettting a day or two off is great and its good not to half to be the cook all the time so if i can get hotel food and it is *GOOD* hten i would like that just to get a break from cooking. [mtdewgurl74]
obviously home made... why shd i go out when i can prepare some good food for myself.. [britishyip]
Well that would depend on whether the chef used home-cooked recipes. There are few of those kind of places these days. On the local radio station, is an ad for a restaurant. Their motto is, 'You can't always eat at home, but you can always eat home-made.' (I've never been there, my husband cooks.) I imagine they are doing well. Radio time is very expensive. That shows me that most people do prefer home-made. [HerShe]
I prefer home made food but we go for hotel made food to take a break. [limcyjain]
All the time home made lover. [dellion]
Home made if wife is around,...Hotel if I am alone [gajjugajju2000]

I'm the home person. I could be dead tired and ready to drop, but I can still stand and cook up something rather than eat out. Maybe its the &)%^#)^ lousy options where I live right now.. [sunsham68]

Definetly home made. A hotels food doesn't even come close. But, at least there I don't have to wash the dishes. lol [kdarrell]
Home the best and the healthiest. [bhuvahsya]
Home, without a doubt. A lot of stuff seems to be too salty when eating out, and besides, you never know the cook's handwashing habits when you're out ;) [ratnhoj]
I have never eaten hotel food, but would love to try it at least once before I die! [xbrendax]
home made food is always preferred as it is fresh done with utmost care and love and is less spicy, oily. you cannot be sure as to when and how long the raw food is stored in a hotel. also important is hygine. [shubhvani]
